In plain terms: this website doesn't track you, use cookies, or collect any data in the background. The only information I ever receive is what you choose to send me when you get in touch - and I use it only to reply and support you.

What this website collects
Nothing automatically. This is a simple, static website. It does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tools, or any technology that records who you are or how you browse. Your visit is not logged or profiled by me.
Information you share with me
The enquiry form on this site works by opening your own email app with a message ready for you to send. When you contact me - through that form, by email, or any other channel - I receive whatever you choose to include, which may be your:
- Name
- Email address
- Any details you share about your goals, health, or training
I only collect this information because you've chosen to send it to me. I don't gather it any other way.
How I use it
I use the information you share solely to:
- Reply to your enquiry and answer your questions
- Arrange and provide coaching, training, or programmes you've asked about
- Stay in touch with you about the support you've requested
I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing, and I won't add you to any mailing list without your agreement.
How your information is stored
Any messages you send live in my email account and personal records, kept only as long as needed to support you and to meet ordinary business and legal requirements. I take reasonable care to keep your information secure. Please remember that email itself is not a perfectly secure medium, so it's best not to send highly sensitive information by email.
Your choices
You're welcome to ask me at any time to see what information I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Just email lilli@ladiesletstrain.com and I'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
